  1. Fix the job first

    A broken process doesn’t improve because you automate it. We simplify the work first, remove the steps that shouldn’t be there, then build around what remains.

  2. Work with what’s already there

    We don’t replace software for the sake of it. Wherever possible, we build around the tools your team already uses, so the new system fits into the working day instead of becoming another thing to manage.

  3. Measure before we build

    We agree what needs to change before the project starts: hours spent, cost, errors, response time or capacity. When the work is finished, we measure the same thing again.

  4. Not every job should be automated

    Some work happens too rarely, changes too often or still needs human judgement. If we don’t think there is a worthwhile project there, we’ll tell you before you spend money on one.
